Commencement
& Cancellation
This agreement relates to the provision of support (as described below) by the Support Provider to the User of the TDOC System software, Licence reference .......... The commencement date for the provision of support under this agreement is the 1st day of ................. 20...., the period for the provision of the support is one calendar year. Unless a written notice of cancellation is received by the Software Provider before 60 days of the expiry of this agreement, the User agrees to purchase from the Software Provider support for a further calendar year.
Cost The annual cost of the agreement for the support to be provided under this agreement is established at ....% of the un-discounted list price of the TDOC System software as held by the User. The price list (which is subject to change without notice) is published by the Software Provider and is available at:

A statement of the calculation of the annual charge will be provided on request. The licences held may be checked by the User using the System Utilities module of The TDOC System.
Scope The scope of the support provided is as generally as described in the following document:

Additional support such as advice on changes to Quality Management Systems, Configuration of Reports, and general management advice relating to Document Control may be provided within the scope of this agreement at the sole discretion of the Software Provider.
