Back to a Quick Look	Drill Down to the item to view. Enquiries are designed to answer "quick questions" such as "what's the situation with ABC's drawing no 123 ?" There are four technical document enquiry drill downs: Others Documents - JobNo, Maker, Document No, Revision, and Movements Others Issues - JobNo, Recipient, Maker & Document No, Revision, and Issues Own Documents - JobNo, Document No, Revision, and Movements Own Issues - JobNo, Recipient, Document No, Revision, and Issues The enquiries are configured as standard "Tree Views", thus are searchable, e.g, whilst highlighting one document, simply typing in the number of a document will find the required document. A detailed Report of the selected document can be generated, and despatched from the enquiry screen.
